El ejercicio de la competencia constitucional de protección integral a la niñez y adolescencia por el gobierno autónomo descentralizado provincial de Bolívar.

The present research work entitled "The Exercise of the Constitutional Competence of Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Province of Bolívar" that developed in compliance with the constitutional norm, the exercise of individual rights and instruments international protection groups to priority attention groups. The objective is to propose a reform that promotes and enforces mandatory systems of protection and integral development of the priority attention groups in the Provincial Decentralized Autonomous Governments. It is intended to guarantee due diligence and in the execution of public policies, regulations, programs and services for attention to the life cycle of children, adolescents, seniors, people with disabilities and those who are in a situation of poverty, in order to contribute to their social mobility and escape from poverty. The GADs. Provincials subject to the MIES guidelines must establish priority attention policies for these vulnerable groups that are in a situation of poverty and thus contribute to their social mobility due to migration when they stop belonging to one society to integrate another located in another geographical site In order to achieve what was previously described, information was collected at the provincial, cantonal and parish levels through the agreements of the GAD P-B. and MIES Bolívar, for which a series of surveys and interviews will be carried
