Zusammenfassung:This research proposes the competitive strategies adopted by the bottling company "Agua La Peña" in the Quevedo Canton during the year 2023. The study examines the connection between competitive strategies and the quality of service provided by the company. Service quality is an element that influences customer loyalty and the general perception of the brand in the market. To achieve these objectives, a mixed qualitative and quantitative methodology was used, including field work, interviews, surveys and documentary analysis. The research techniques included inductive, deductive, analytical and historical-logical methods, with the use of tools such as questionnaires and IBM SPSS Statistics software for data processing. The research concludes that "Agua La Peña" has established a successful collaboration with its suppliers, but is overly dependent on them, which entails risks. It is suggested to diversify suppliers to minimize risks and strengthen resilience to possible changes in the market. In addition, the company is facing significant strategic opportunities, such as the absence of advertising in some competitors, which can be used to improve the visibility of "Agua La Peña" in the market.
