| Summary: | This study examines the support programs implemented to prevent school dropout at the Jacinto Aspiazu Peralta Basic Education School, located in the La Esperanza parish. Through a survey directed at students, various aspects related to student participation and perception of these programs were explored. The results revealed the existence of a variety of support programs, including "All to the Classroom," psychological and psychopedagogical support, and the School for Parents. While some programs were mentioned more frequently and perceived as more interesting by students, others were less known or considered less relevant. Several factors influencing student participation in these programs were identified, such as interest and perception of their usefulness, perceived effectiveness, availability of resources, and support from school staff. These findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive school environment that promotes active student participation in dropout prevention programs. This analysis provides valuable information about dropout prevention support programs at the Jacinto Martin Aspiazu Peralta Basic Education School. Identifying and addressing the factors influencing student participation is essential to maximize the impact of these programs and ensure the academic and personal success of all students in the educational community. |
