| Summary: | Principal objective of this thesis was to design a sales plan to improve the income of the distributor of "Recorventas" shrimp Quevedo city, where there are several restaurants and chifas with shrimp with a leading materials in the preparation of their dishes. The main problem facing the distributor of shrimp "Recorventas" is that as the demand for this product increases, the number of suppliers also has increased, many of which are informal traders who does not comply with quality standards and even do not comply with the tax rules in force, which allows them to reduce their costs. Before designing the sales plan, market research was conducted with the main objective of the preferences of the owners and managers of restaurants to choose their supplier of shrimp. So the market study allowed knowing the current supply and demand for shrimp in the city of Quevedo. Based on these results an analysis of the internal aspects of the distribution was made, as well as external factors affecting the business and prevent the increase in sales, to do a correlation matrix SWOT allowed to define marketing strategies used to leverage the strengths and opportunities and minimize the effects of the weaknesses and threats facing the distributor. Finally the proposed sales plan objectives included creating a corporate image of the distributor "Recorventas" define promotional strategies to keep existing customers and attract potential was developed and finally defined strategies to better distribution and storage product. |
