Achoimre: | The research evaluated a predictive model to identify patterns and trends in the main categories of non-oil products exported by Ecuador. The methodology employed included the use of quantitative and qualitative approaches, including documentary, exploratory and descriptive research. Inductive and deductive methods were used along with descriptive statistics, data mining and predictive modeling, using R software and RStudio for simulation. The results revealed significant patterns in the evolution of non-oil exports, highlighting the importance of maintaining competitive prices and efficient logistics. The analysis of predictive models such as Random Walk with Drift, Holt- Winters and ARIMA, allowed obtaining accurate estimates in different time horizons. In addition, there were variations in FOB value and total weight of exports to several countries, with key sectors for sustainable economic growth. In conclusion, the study offered a detailed understanding of Ecuador's non-oil exports and provided recommendations for improving trade strategies in a dynamic global environment. |
