| Achoimre: | The experiment was conducted in the enclosure El Descanso, located 41 km road Quevedo - Santo Domingo, located in the northern province of Los Rios, under the coordinates 79 º 30'00''west longitude and 1 º 05 '08''south latitude and at an altitude of 234 meters. Raised the overall objective: To evaluate the influence of moon phases on plant propagation of soursop (Annona muricata L.) for asexual and specific method: a) Establish the effect of the moon in the ignition and development of guava plants through the grafting system b) Determine the best time for the asexual propagation of guava plants in relation to lunar phases and c) assess which of the treatments under study have higher profitability. Subject to the hypotheses: a) By spreading guava plants in the phase of last quarter we reported a higher percentage of engraftment b) soursop plants propagated in the waning phase of development has increased graft and c) The graft barbed terminal made in the waning phase will improve the cost / benefit. We used a completely randomized design with four treatments and five replicates per treatment. Were performed respective analysis of variance to determine statistical differences between treatments were applied multiple range test of Tukey (P 0.05) with 95% probability and the coefficient of variation expressed in percentages. The highest number of shoots and leaves at 60 days into the investigation, had grafted plants at full moon (3.19 shoots and leaves 24.31). The longest major outbreak at 30 and 45 days were obtained in grafted plants in the New Moon phase, however at 60 days growth of shoots of all treatments were equal. The highest percentage of engraftment was achieved in the grafted plants in the New Moon phase (98.00%) and in the same way the lowest mortality rate (%). The highest gross and net income, they corresponded to T1 (New Moon), the result has been obtained in grafts, higher survival rates. |
