That is why it is necessary to evaluate the management of the companies Induhorst, Jatunhuayra and Mephisto. Surveys were conducted to measure changes in the market, marketing strategies and market share. The production is responsible for meeting the needs detected by the Marketing or generated by the Department of Research and Development. Its challenge is to be prepared in the face of new competitive priorities such as increased productivity, improved quality, flexibility in the face of market changes and customer expectations, adding services to provide better customer service and especially updating the Range of products and services.
