| Sažetak: | The study was conducted in order to determine the incidence of teamwork on the job performance of human talent in the Noboa Corporation, agricultural Division of Quevedo, Los Ríos canton, therefore identified mechanisms for the evaluation of staff that implements the company, similarly determined the degree of effectiveness with regard to the teamwork of employees working in the organization. With the results achieved through the field study found that inefficient implementation of strategies that foster teamwork diminishes the work performance of the human resources of the agricultural company, which led to design work strategies manual teamwork to solve the needs of staff and improve the organization. To run the field study, used various techniques and research instruments, which made possible the collection, interpretation and analysis of the results achieved through the application of interviews and surveys, respectively to 8 administrators and 30 employees of the Corporacion Noboa, agricultural Division of Quevedo canton. The findings found in this research were reinforced with theories of different authors, which were cited through the literature review - documentary. Study and proposal will benefit directly collaborators from different areas of the Corporacion Noboa, who can optimize the work performance, through the Organization and establishment of high performance work teams, which will benefit the company, since the business will improve and you'll get a favorable response of the human talent in the company. |
