This study focuses on Determine nursing interventions for the effective management of bronchopneumonia in pediatric patients with standardized care, with the aim of guaranteeing the health, well-being and comfort of the patient, promoting comprehensive care that leads to quality care, in mild situations. or serious and high risk of the pathology, in turn evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing care processes, by knowing the main diagnosis of the patient, for which the assessment of the functional health patterns of Marjory Gordon, of hand in hand with the application of the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomies, which opened the door to prioritizing the most optimal nursing interventions in the face of this pathology. In the evaluation of the actions, a significant improvement was observed in the patient's gas exchange, with the constant monitoring and administration of oxygen therapy as needed. Likewise, interventions to address ineffective airway cleaning were effective with the administration of specific treatments prescribed by the pediatrician, the administration of antibiotics according to medical prescription, and indeed a positive result in the approach to activity intolerance where activities were carried out such as periodically monitoring the respiratory and oxygenation status, positioning the patient so that dyspnea is relieved, among other activities. These care plans led to a favorable recovery for the patient, especially his respiratory system, and prevented possible complications. The analysis of the results of the nursing care plans executed on the patient has been highly satisfactory, effectively meeting the established objectives. |
