Also, in this research the financial costs for implementation are detailed. To make the project economic analysis that the projection was based on primary data collected in the survey and observation sheet, where parameters of supply, demand, trade and prices were obtained was performed. The results obtained costs of market research and secondary data were projected using the methodology of the standard cost. Similarly, the financial evaluation for the cash flows were classified as investment flow, operational and net. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was used to determine profitability based on percentage and profitability was determined using the benefit / cost ratio is 27,71%.
