Diseño e implementación del sistema KAIZEN en la empresa Agrosistemas S.A.

There are methodologies that support in a great way to continuously improve processes within companies, one of them is known as the Kaizen system or the 5s, which allows us to preserve the work environment in a clean, organized and above all safe safe. The improvement of this system was carried out in the company Agrosistemas SA, which is dedicated to the manufacture of agricultural machinery, in order to improve the aspects of each of the jobs in the production area in what belongs to the order and cleanliness, thus providing a safe, comfortable environment for operators and therefore quality in the products that are manufactured. The objective of this study is to design and implement the KAIZEN system in the production area of the company Agrosistemas S.A., due to the fact that currently lack of standards of cleanliness, safety in the workplace, and demotivation in the operators have been detected. Before starting the implementation of the KAIZEN system in the company's production area, a diagnosis of the current situation was carried out, for which data were taken that will be compared in the end with the results obtained in order to assess whether compliance with the proposed objectives, at this point the indicators are also established which were: Available Space, Work Environment and Cycle Time of the main product manufactured by the company (Corn Sheller).......................................................
