Итог:The present project determines the viability that will have the elaboration of the Plan of businesses for the implementation of a restaurant in the Residential Inn Riverside of the city of Quevedo, having like reference that most of the hotel establishments does not offer the service of restaurant in agreement with the study of market made in the work. Within this context, one considers to respond the following question of investigation: The deficiency of the service of restaurant in the Residential Inn Riverside does not allow to the conservation and fidelización of the clients; factor that directly affects the company? The general mission that considered for this investigation was; To design a plan of businesses for the implementation of a restaurant with the purpose of increasing a customized service to the users who stay themselves and the people who wish to make consumptions of foods in the Inn Riverside Residence. This way and by means of the raised hypothesis it was possible to be demonstrated that, the elaboration of a plan of businesses does not affect and foments the development of the company and improves its competitive level front to the competition of the hotel companies services in the city of Quevedo. On the other hand the hotel companies of services in their majority have not incursionados in offering the additional services of feeding for their users, nevertheless of the course of the time this will take control a necessity to retain their demand, which represents an opportunity for the institution, to extend its horizons by means of the enterprise growth. As main recommendations consider to manage the application of the Plan of businesses for the implementation of a restaurant in the Residential Inn Riverside of the city of Quevedo, that includes the main structure and direction of the processes, in addition that stimulate the users in general to make use of the new service that sets out.
