La formación de emprendedores y su incidencia en el desarrollo empresarial, cantón Quevedo, año 2014.

Entrepreneurship originate like a socioeconomic phenomenon that have gradually innovated the economy from several countries around the world, mainly countries in constant developing like Ecuador, in response many dissatisfied necessity in the most poor places of the population. Entrepreneurship are considered as parameters of social and economic development of countries, being a very important tool for development, provided they have the support of government, facilitating access to education, credit, technology and be able to run a production process of goods and services appropriately. Actually, Government have considered some alternative of support to create new enterprises, through training workshop, advisory, credits, and others, so that our country is characterized as the highest rate of microentrepreneurs. They have contributed to support our economy and develop products of good quality and exported them. Entrepreneurs are the key of the success, because they are able to convert information in knowledge, In addition they learn and improve a business idea. This is how most companies are now recognized by capital they handle, they began as a business idea, entrepreneurs saw the opportunity and took a chance and realize their entrepreneurship. They promote source of employment for the population, because When they establish their business need others entrepreneurs to prolong the existence of the enterprise. So, entrepreneurship influence in the development of the enterprises of our canton.
