Impactos ambientales del sistema de gestión energética en la empresa energy & palma S.A., Esmeraldas, año 2017.

The general objective of the research project was evaluating the energy management system in the company Energy & Palma S.A. The research was based on an analysis of documents and historical data, and infrastructure of the extraction plant. Verifying that the plant cannot have an exact data of energy consumption for each equipment, because the plant is connected to a single power line system, with only one meter. The consumption of historical electricity served as the basis for establishing the energy- environmental management system of the company Energy & Palma S.A. Obtaining verification results for electricity consumption in 2013, where electric power consumption continued to increase where 2016 to 2017 increased 100% with a consumption of 1770431 Kw / v. The conversion of electricity consumption to tonne oil production with the 56% increase for 2017 with a total of 21283 tons. Establishing the requirements of the energy management system with an energy planning process, for proper operation and energy consumption. And determined by RSPO software was calculated the tons of CO2 consumed by the production of one ton of palm oil and the result was 33 tons of CO2 per year. This evaluation allowed to define a team planning to execute the maintenance activities and the good development of the company Energy & Palma S.A.
