The results were. The high percentage of 72.73% agrees with the unemployment of their functions within the company, 81.82% stated that we do not know and do not apply any type of technical log, there are not any form within the company, we can state with 72.73% of respondents told us that the company applies for registration forms or formats that block production, the 45.55% indicates that within the company lost the finished material or raw materials, noticing this for the lack of organizational design. In the phase of performance within the same survey refers in senior management and operational functions to implement necessary training in technical high school education with 36.36%, with 54.55% indicate that to do the job of management is necessary to have the experience needed to have good decision making, we also claim that to hold an office within the company is required age or sex with a 72.73% tell us that if required age and sex determined to be able to stick the job. The 89.39% of respondents indicate that they are not defined by hierarchical orders authorities for the proper functioning of the company, it is important to customers at any company that offers goods or services respondents told us with a 84.85 % which is occasionally, while 78.79% think it is slow and difficult, why is it essential to redesign the organizational management of the company.
