To transform the weaknesses, correct the irregularities that have been presented and safeguard of administrative responsibility, civil or criminal, it should establish and implement policies, regulations, and internal controls that can support compliance and evaluation of administrative management. The audit of administrative management is a test objective, systematic and professional, made in order to provide an independent assessment of administrative performance, which is aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness and economy of the processes and use of material and human resources, helping to facilitate decision making correct and timely for managers, directors and authority.
