| Zusammenfassung: | For the development of this research entitled "Management audit the area of human talent PLANTABAL Company SA" was necessary to raise five specific objectives, the first objective was to analyze the organizational structure of the company in the area of human talent for a proper management of the work environment, the second was based on assessing internal control in the area of human talent of the company to measure productivity levels achieved by employees, the third was framed on the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency in meeting policies promotions and incentives of staff working in the company, the fourth was to investigate the process of selection and recruitment for proper hiring an employee in the company and finally the fifth objective is to present a report to the Audit Management area of human talent for proper decision making. To achieve the above objectives was necessary to describe the theories, concepts and cite the laws and regulations of various authors who scientifically underpin the subject matter. The research methods used were as follows; inductive-deductive, analytical, historical and logical; between the types of research that were used were; exploratory, descriptive and documentary information for the primary survey and interview forms were used. After having performed the audit procedure and based on the COSO II model, the following is obtained as results; 53.14% According to the organizational structure in the area of human talent PLANTABAL Company SA is satisfactory because positively influences the working environment, the company currently does not measure the level of employee productivity, but the results of surveys of employees showed that 57.97% of them are highly productive, policies promotions and incentives are adequate for the company as 100% of the evaluation of internal control, while the eighth component of COSO II indicates that the process of selection and recruitment if it is effective, finally the report of Management Audit is issued those responsible so they can make better decisions for the company. |
