The companies at the present time should face an arduous competition, the same one that daily is more demanding. The processes globalizadores make that who direct companies they should get ready to the maximum in order to be to the vanguard of the changes that you/they are given, I marry contrary the companies spread to disappear. The editorial market at the moment has suffered drastic changes that affect and they influence significantly in the administrative processes - operative of the editorial companies and in its profitability. The government disposition of giving texts in a gratuitous way in the four basic areas of the education (Mathematics, Language, Natural Sciences and Social Studies) it is one of the causes of this changes. Mayan Editions Co. Ltda., it has also been affected by these changes, since their current organizational structure is not in agreement to the new demands of the editorial market, its operative process is also affected the same as its profitability. In this sense the company Mayan Editions Co. Ltda., it is forced to restate their administrative administration as well as the operative processes that allow him to be more competitive, maintaining a high positioning and for ende to improve their profitability. The investigation allowed to identify the problem that presents the company Mayan Editions in its Administrative Administration - Operative internally and externally, remarking each one of the opposing negative aspects for its later analysis and this way to outline solutions that allow to correct the detected falencias.
