The companies rectificadoras are located in the canton Quevedo County of The Ríos, dedicated to the reconstruction of pieces of agricultural machineries, lumbermen, nutritious and for the building. En the present time the companies 80 employees count in the production area, the present investigation of he/she carried out it with the purpose of fulfilling the general objective "the design of a procedure manual, registrations and control of documents, this work seeks to analyze the behavior of the companies rectificadoras of motors of the Canton Quevedo. It will define the procedures to carry out, to prepare, to emit, to control, to analyze and to develop pursuit of the information and documentation in the different processes. The development of the activities was focused in the execution of the established objectives, for the obtaining of the present investigation it was necessary to carry out an analysis to each area of the companies, with what could determine the shortcomings. According to the analysis of the surveys to the employees and interviews to the directive you could determine that the companies rectificadoras, doesn't have a procedure manual, registration and control of documents, neither with an inspection program, control and registration of existent documents in the production area that the happened incidents have been due to the lack of prevention and the non use of those of a documentation system on the part of the employees
