Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | This research aims to know the administrative management in the operational processes of the Quevedo General Hospital, through the policies and procedures executed by the institution for the provision of services. The types of research used were field and descriptive included in three phases; the first through on-site visits, using the observation technique, verifying the organizational structure, computer equipment and public procurement procedures; the second applied an interview to the financial director and the third a survey addressed to a group of officials. The results obtained allowed us to verify the existing shortcomings in the contracting of goods and services, verifying that the administrative units lack personnel, in addition their organizational structure in administrative positions is not correct for some officials, on the other hand, certain contracting processes do not finally executed, the officials evaluated feel dissatisfaction, because they do not have more staff and budgetary resources to streamline their processes. It is concluded that it is important for the hospital to manage the hiring of more administrative personnel, acquire new computer equipment and implement a better procedure in the contractual stages, in order to guarantee the provision of services with quality and warmth. |
