| 總結: | The use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) with the potential to release acids with nutrient solubilization capacities, production of phytohormones, siderophores, root development and metabolite production, generates in Ochroma pyramidale a greater range of phytostimulation necessary in its first germination stages. Based on the above, it was proposed to study bioformulates of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) as a promoter of the germination process of O. pyramidale (Cav. Ex Lam.) Urb. seeds (balsa). For this purpose, two bacterial bioformulates were elaborated with the use of different strains: Bio 1 (Pseudomonas protegens CHA0) and Bio 2 (Acinetobacter calcoaceticus BM2-12); the application of the bioformulates was used in two concentrations, one at 10 % and 20 %, making three applications: seeds and seedlings (0, 5 and 10 days) at concentrations of (1x108 CFU/mL). As a result, the effect of the bacterial bioformulates improved the germination percentage of Bio 2 10% (96.67%) and Bio 1 20% (86.67%), thus revealing positive responses to fresh weight (leaf and root), length (root and absorbing hairs) and increased the area of absorbing hairs. Determining that the incorporation of biological alternatives as a means to promote plant stimulation considerably improves several factors to agricultural development. |
