| 總結: | The properties of plant growth-promoting microorganisms (PGPR) are of great importance for agriculture because they improve soil fertility and increase crop yields, thereby reducing the environmental impact and costs associated with chemical fertilizers. To determine the effect of PGPR on the maize crop, a field experiment was conducted during the rainy season using a DBCA design. The bacteria Azospirillum spp., Rhizobium spp., and Pseudomona spp., Trichoderma spp. fungus, a product based on microorganisms (HAB), a commercial control, and an absolute control. All treatments were fertilized at the time of sowing with 11N-23P-23K-2Mg-4S in doses of four bags per ha. Subsequently, they were fertilized twice, except for the control, with 42N-0P-0K-4S, in doses of three bags per ha. Microorganisms were applied via a drench using a manual spray pump at 15, 22 and 29 days after sowing. No significant differences were found in the variables plant height, ear diameter and diseased ears (p > 0.05). On the other hand, the ear insertion height, ear length, ear weight, 1000 grain weight and yield were significantly different (p < 0.05) between the microorganisms and the control. Azospirillum spp. treatment resulted in the highest number of CFU at the end of the experiment, as well as the best benefit/cost ratio. The results obtained in this study support the efficacy and potential of PGPR microorganisms in the corn crop, providing significant benefits in terms of yield and benefit/cost ratio. These findings open new perspectives for implementing sustainable crop management strategies, reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers, and promoting environmentally friendly agricultural practices. |
