“Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones al departamento de ventas de la empresa Ferromax sucursal Quevedo, año 2023”

Nowadays, management has a very important aspect in the business environment, its importance is reflected in having an adequate tool, which contributes to maintaining adequate control over administrative, financial and other operations. The objective of this study is "To develop a management audit that allows the identification of its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of operations to the sales department of the Ferromax Company Quevedo branch, year 2023". Through an exhaustive analysis of the processes, procedures and results obtained by the department, those control procedures were reviewed in relation to the components of the COSO, the questions of the questionnaires were applied seeking to identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity which through the results and recommendations the company optimizes the performance of the sales area. The management audit made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategies implemented, the quality of customer service and the fulfillment of the objectives established for the department. The results of this research provided a solid basis for strategic decision-making and allowed the implementation of corrective actions that contribute to improving the operability, performance and competitiveness of Ferromax Quevedo in the market.
