Özet:The present research aimed to quantify the ability of fermentation and nutritional quality of corn silage with the addition of nitrogen sources such as chicken and forage soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.), Alternatively ruminant feeding conditions tropical. Seven treatments, each consisting of corn microsilaje plus nitrogen additive was evaluated. Treatments were: corn forage alone or Control (FM); Corn including 10% forage soybean (FS10); Corn with 20% forage soybean (FS20); Corn including 30% forage soybean (FS30); Corn including 5% chicken manure (G5); Corn including 10% chicken manure (G10) and Corn including 15% chicken manure (G15). It was demonstrated that the addition of Gallinaza significantly increase the content of dry matter (DM), whereas forage soybeans (FS) presented similarity with the control. The total protein content (PT) by effect of the addition of FS, was higher than the other treatments studied. Nitrogen sources employed, did not affect the total fiber content (FT). The value of the ash concentration (C) was strongly affected by the addition of G. The content of ammoniacal nitrogen (NH3-N), increased with the inclusion of G in the ensiling process. The pH, the concentration of lactic acid and butyric acid were significantly higher with the addition of G. In conclusion, it may indicate that the addition of both G and FS, improve the nutritional content of maize silage, however, inclusion FS is far more favorable in terms of fermentative variables.
