In the same that appropriate recommendations are made to overcome the deficiencies found by the process.Debido al proceso de la globalización ha ocasionado el incremento de las necesidades de los pueblos, dando surgimiento a un cien números de empresas entre las cuales aparecen las compañías de transportación, satisfaciendo así las necesidades de las personas de trasladarse de un punto a otro. Es por esta razón de gran peso, nace en la ciudad de Quito, el 15 de septiembre de 1965, la Compañía de Transporte Interprovincial TIA SA, con unidades tipo rancheras, teniendo acogida en la ciudad de Quevedo. La compañía desde sus inicios ha venido trabajan do con el sistema de caja común que es igual a reparto equitativo de la producción, total de ingreso dividido para el número de socios en partes iguales. Desde sus inicios ha sido manejada por un profesional innovador, que supo mantenerse en unas de las mejores dentro de la provincia. En el transcurso de sus 48 años de vida la compañía ha tenido claro sus propósitos que ha sido atender y servir con excelencia………. ¿qué es excelencia? Poner los cinco sentidos en la persona que busca contacto, la atención demanda aptitudes: quien no es apto para atender no es apto para entender. En el proceso de la Auditoria Operativa se pudo comprobar que mantienen un bajo nivel de correcciones a ejecutarse en el área operativa para un excelente mecanismo en dicha compañía.
