Modelo de evaluación del desempeño de los obreros del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Mocache, para mejorar la calidad de los servicios municipales, año 2014

In this ever changing and competitive world the internal management of an organization is of paramount importance; therefore should deeply understand human resource, as this is the greatest competitive factor, and performance determines the success or failure of Public and Private Institution. To this end, the design of a model for evaluating the performance of Workers, according to the characteristics and needs inside the Canton Municipal GAD Mocache set, posing a clear strategy to improve their work and achieve Workers reach entity objectives efficiently and effectively. The research content is distributed as follows: First, an introduction to the methodological design is defined by its overall objective: Design a model performance evaluation of the workers of the Autonomous Government Decentralization Canton Mocache to improve quality of municipal services, 2014, and specific objectives a) Conduct an assessment of performance evaluations, carried out at the Laborers Mocache canton municipal GAD, b) Analyze the system of labor management Laborers municipal GAD Mocache canton, c) Prepare the performance evaluation model Laborers Mocache canton Municipal GAD, 2014, and d) Conduct a trial application of the model performance evaluation in canton Municipal Workers GAD Mocache, 2014 Second, a section where the theoretical framework of the research topic and main features of the Canton Municipal GAD Mocache are inserted. Third, a subsequent section in which materials and methods, the most appropriate instruments to achieve defined objectives and desired structure. Fourth, a section achieved results are analyzed and the model chosen performance assessment is proposed socializándolo and performing a test of the same; and, fifth, the final section in which motivations, policies, conclusions and recommendations arising from the conduct of the investigation are presented. It was designed and applied in evaluating the performance of the workers Mocache Canton Municipal GAD; and tools for developing the improvement plan was delivered, fulfilling the hypothesis.
