The main objective focused on evaluating human talent management and its impact on procurement effectiveness during 2023. The research had a mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) with a descriptive correlational design. The deductive method was applied, based on a solid theoretical foundation; the descriptive method allowed for understanding and presenting the current situation through questionnaire surveys; the statistical analysis method was essential to quantify the variables. |
