Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa elaboradora de helados de frutas, con madres solteras de la parroquia San Camilo, cantón Quevedo, año 2015

The main objective of this project is to design a feasibility study for creating a processor of fruit ice cream with an innovative product single mothers, low prices and contain no additives. To determine the feasibility of the project was carried out market research, where the need for single mothers in the parish San Camilo on entrepreneurship was determined in a productive activity that will generate income, the survey conducted preferences established of them by undertaking a producer and marketer of ice cream with local fruits and Chantilly cream company. The technical study determined the operating process of the company, by identifying equipment, machinery, raw materials and other items needed for the production process of the plant through the economic-feasibility study and determined that the utility generates the project during the estimated useful life period and finally the financial evaluation presents positive indicators NPV of $ 428.447,10 and 95% IRR $ 2,41 Benefit Cost ratio giving security on the profitability of this investment. Furthermore, it was concluded that single mothers is given to them, they have a better quality of life and achieve economic growth by having a business. Finally, after completion of the feasibility study conclusions they are based and appropriate recommendations, noting that the project is innovative and allows generate jobs to this important group of society Quevedo.
