Description
Summary:The development of this research is done with the aim of finding the relationship between weather and ground-based wireless connection. Data information is collected by a meteorology center from January 2013 to June 2014 and the company Telconet as to the variations of the connection. Models based on fuzzy logic because in the process of obtaining knowledge of these models fuzzy rules that are easy to interpret are obtained directly studied. For this process the Weka software provides tools for sorting and pre-processing of data, as well as the Keel software for the application of different classifiers based on fuzzy rules is used. The results were obtained from nine fuzzy classifiers where the Fury-C was the best performing in terms of quantity and quality of classification rules. In this scenario different strategies were tested in the pre-processing of data. With the results you can get a more detailed explanation of the direct effects of climate signals, there is a possibility of creating an expert system to help decision-making in companies providing wireless communications service to alert customers when data loss can occur due to weather conditions and improve the integrity of services.
