It is stated that the concept of participation in health has been used in many experiences with countless signs and moves between tensions, since it is assumed either as support actions in compliance with prescriptions and health or the fulfillment of human rights through access to health services. According to the study of 196 users of the hospital, it was found that the service provided by medical professionals presented 78% Satisfaction rated good in contrast to the care provided by nurses (as) who obtained 71% regular grade, adding to this that, 76% consider the environments and cleaning the hospital in general as a regular, and it was determined that these latter factors negatively affect user satisfaction with a percentage of 67% of dissatisfaction with the overall service provided to this health center. Health is a human right and therefore the responsibility of the State. Health is a public good that is related to the quality of life. Citizen action is intended to effectuate the rights and the various stakeholders should require the State to fulfill its responsibility. People who serve in public institutions should positively bias their attitude towards the patient and people who use nursing homes, primarily because the situation warrants; secondly, because he is one of the roles of nurses (as) professionals and finally, because all these aspects improve the living conditions of people considerably.
