The policy analysis of administrative and financial management Disbebidasur identified the management fee charged by administrative, determine the level of compliance and therefore could examine the distribution costs that reduce profitability. The purpose of this research is to inform other distributors not only products of Cerveceria Nacional but all kinds of distribution, the need we have to analyze their activities, their policies applied in order to determine whether they are on the road right, and thanks to management analysis allows to know their situation and propose guidelines that direct the business of the company towards continuous improvement. In this research both administrative and financial information analyzed the visit, interviews, surveys, and observation was applied. Results include the high level of risk of the company, the distribution overspending and lack of commitment of employees stands. |
