Social campaign to care for citizens in a state of vulnerability. dedicated to Planning, coordination and execution, as well as the follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of projects and actions that derive from the demand of the Institution and the local sphere in order to solve needs in the sectors and is in a state of vulnerability. For this, the objective was: Evaluate the incidence of Administrative Management in Community projects of attention to citizens in a state of vulnerability in the Social Development Management Directorate of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Quevedo canton, year 2019. The theoretical framework based on the conceptual, theoretical and legal foundation of the research carried out. The research is quali-quantitative, inductive, deductive, and descriptive methods were applied, internal control instruments and a survey were applied, which allowed obtaining relevant information in the coordination processes, preparation, execution, monitoring of projects, Likewise, the incidence of the administrative management of the projects in the achievement of goals and objectives for the benefit of the beneficiaries, conclusions, recommendations were raised. The carrying out of this research work included the administrative proposal to put it as a reference due to the changes that can be submitted to the Directorate of Social Development Management of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Quevedo Canton.
