Estudio de factibilidad para la creacion de un centro educativo de tareas dirigidas para estudiantes de educación básica, en el Cantón Quevedo año 2012.

In the canton Quevedo different student institutions exist as they are mostly the government ones and those peculiar of grateful prestiges that give a service of basic education, it fits to indicate that in Quevedo an educational institution that he/she offers the services of tasks directed for students of basic education doesn't exist. The present study has as objective to analyze the economic-financial feasibility of installing an educational center of tasks directed for students of basic education. For the execution of this objective, an analysis of the current situation of the market the same one has been made that it has demonstrated that due to the populational increment an unsatisfied demand is reflected. The launching of this service, will make it to him in the urban area of this canton, to be a significant area in the populational aspect, it is also looked for to satisfy part of the unsatisfied demand of the market of the canton Quevedo. The present investment project demonstrated to be technical and economically viable, because the projections to four years, taking like reference an interest rate of 11.20% applied to the capital, own capital 60% and financed 40%, that which gives a Net Current Value as a result (they GO) positive of $ 23.252,66 The initial investment ascends to a total of $9.482.78, what includes the fixed investments, the same ones that recover in a 1 year-old period, 87 days. In relation to the financial analysis, with their more representative parameter that is the Internal Rate of Return (TIR) this throws a result of 97%, being superior in 15% to the opportunity rate applied to the project, that which indicates that the same one is profitable. The Relationship Benefits Cost (R. B/C) he/she gave a superior result to the unit $3.43 what indicates that it is a feasible and very profitable investment. This analysis allows to deduce that the investment to install the educational center of tasks is low with regard to the revenues projected annually, which is expected that it is undertaken by investors that have access to the teaching branch and the credit. These projects constitute a great generating source of revenues for all those professional people that want to establish these types of services inside of or outside of the canton Quevedo.
