| Shrnutí: | Currently in the medical units of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security, there have been different events in relation to the acquisition of supplies and medicines, as well as in the attention to the affiliates, which has led to dissatisfaction on the part of the users and to the same time erroneous procedures of officials in administrative procedures. This research aims to know the incidence of transparency management in the organizational culture of the Quevedo General Hospital, for this, it is important to identify the laws, regulations, rules and procedures that are executed for the functionality of the services offered by the institution. A correct procedure to generate satisfaction in users and officials, is the information that the entity provides to the population through its different media regarding the care provided by the hospital and the corresponding motivation of the managers to the servers for their good job performance; On the other hand, citizen participation is essential to improve the quality of service and guarantee the needs of members in their care. In this sense, a descriptive and deductive research methodology was used, through an opinion survey where the sample was random, considering the Medical Director, hospital officials and users, where results of nonconformity were obtained in the Transparency management of the organizational culture of the medical unit, generating in itself, citizen dissatisfaction in the care provided, and job dissatisfaction of the officials by not being ingratiated by the efforts made |
