Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The investment plan for the improvement of drinking water enclosure Los Angeles, Canton Buena Fe, it has raised according to the needs and technical conditions of service to offer. The first chapter, part of the problem statement with its own diagnosis, objectives, assumptions, and justification that served as the basis for formulating strategies. The second chapter contains theoretical framework with its theoretical, conceptual and legal foundations, the same as formulated currents and concepts that are taken into account throughout the investigation. The Third Chapter determines the methodology using methods, types and techniques of research, data collection is done through survey, factors used to find results. The fourth chapter analyzes the market, technical study that identifies infrastructure as needed to meet project objectives, costs and staffing requirements, the same as specified in the financial study, among other statements of income flows cash income etc., which formed the basis for financial evaluation through the NPV and IRR. After the investigation, conclusions and recommendations highlighting the feasibility and sustainability of the project is addressed. |
