| Gaia: | In the Experimental Farm "Maria", in the poultry program of teaching, Faculty of Sciences of the Livestock State Technical University Quevedo (UTEQ), located at Km. 7.5 Track Quevedo - The Splice, was conducted this thesis project called "Inclusion of phytase in the power of broilers" with a duration of seven weeks. We used 192 broilers without capitive bird breeders can determine sex of the line Ross. The parameters evaluated were: food consumption (g), live weight gain (g), daily weight gain (g), feed conversion, performance to the channel (%), mortality (%) and economic efficiency, which used six treatments and four replications of eight birds per each. The treatments were: T1 (Witness), T2 (4% - 400 grams of phytase Ronozyme Np), T3 (6% - 600 grams), T4 (8% - 800 grams), T5 (10% - 1000 grams), T6 (12% - 1200 grams). We used a completely randomized design (CRD). Weight gain during the initial phase was the control treatment (T1) the most weight gain (631 gr.). In the final phase was the T3 treatment (993.75 gr.), and the total phase was the treatment T4 (2604.25 gr.) the highest result. In the consumption of food, in the initial phase did not show significant differences, not in the final phase where the T3 and T4 values were obtained in similar and the total phase was the largest index of treatment T2. In daily weight gain (gr.) the treatments T2, T3 and T6 showed higher results with 137.00 grams each. In the feed conversion treatment with T1 1.25kg. obtained a greater result. In performance to the channel, there were no significant differences, treatments being the T3 and T6 the statistically higher to other treatments. In the mortality rate, the T1 treatment witness filed a single value of 0.52 %. The T4 treatment with 8% of phytase Ronozyme Np registered the highest index in the benefit-cost ratio and profitability. Key Words: Phytase, feeding, Inclusion, broilers, treatments. |
