La contaminación ambiental producida por el basurero municipal de Quevedo lesiona el derecho al Buen Vivir

Present research project entitled "ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION FROM THE MUNICIPAL DUMP OF QUEVEDO INJURED THE RIGHT TO GOOD LIVING", it aims to make a doctrinaire and legal study of municipal regulations garbage problem and its impact on pollution the environment and health. The Constitution of the Republic guarantees the right to live in a healthy environment and ecologically balanced. A right that has been systematically violating the neglect of municipal autonomous governments, who have the responsibility of providing public services solid waste management and environmental sanitation. It is a problem that most cities in the country and requires an administration that fully addresses these infrastructure problems for their impact on health and quality of life of people. Constitutional law refers to the right to health, the same states that the provision of the service of this service is governed by the principles of equity, universality, solidarity, multiculturalism, quality, efficiency, effectiveness, caution. Environmental problems generated by municipal garbage dumps, must be addressed holistically. The city of Quevedo is no exception in this problem, it has a poor collection system. A problem well can be mitigated with the implementation of an ordinance providing for the implementation of a system of solid waste processing. The methods used were the inductive, deductive and descriptive same that guided the development of the process of field research and literature.
