Factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de abonos orgánicos en la parroquia San Sebastián del cantón Pichincha, provincia de Manabí, año 2013

Investigative work, it was in order to determine the feasibility for the creation of a producer of organic fertilizers in the San Sebastian parish of the canton of Pichincha, in the province of Manabi, which identified the offer and demand of organic fertilizers through market research, were obtained suitable requirements for the creation of the company in the sector, through the technical study and the return on investment was determined through the study of finance. San Sebastian Canton executed market research in the parish Pichincha, in the province of Manabi, for its effect was implemented the survey technique, directed at a sample obtained from inhabitants of the sector, considered (13 merchants of fertilizers) supply and demand (373 farmers in the area). To obtain the most suitable requirements for the creation of a producer of organic fertilizers in the sector, implemented the technical study, where was detailed the size, location, project, technical and human resources, and facilities engineering. The profitability of the investment in the project determined it is, implemented the study economic and financial, for which the fixed costs were calculated and variables, taking into account the raw materials and resources that are needed for this process, established the VAN and the shooting, checking utility that generates business, considering it cost effective and feasible. According to the market survey, it was determined that 100% of the surveyed farmers accept the creation of a company that produces organic fertilizers in the San Sebastian parish of the canton of Pichincha, which provides the opportunity to contribute to the development of socio-economic of the agricultural sector, generate work sources, the demand and benefits to the growth of the business. Similarly, it was determined that 75% of farmers consume more organic fertilizers and applied every six months, they prefer the organic fertilizer because it is more economical, therefore it is recommended to invest more in the development of this type of product The net present value (VAN), retrieved was of $10.872,46, this conjugate value with the TIR (34.6%) shows the profitability of the business, which makes it feasible and convenient creation of the producer of organic fertilizers in the San Sebastian parish of the canton of Pichincha, also determined that investment will recover in a period of approximately 3 years. Consider the results achieved in the technical, economic and financial study conducted, to create the company, it is important to satisfy the demand of the sector implementing a creative company of organic fertilizers in the parish San Sebastian of the canton of Pichincha, he is recommended to implement marketing strategies to position the new business in the area.
