The research was conducted in order to identify the methodologies that were used to verify production costs compared to their usefulness, that the accounting process is carried out in the best way and there are no leaks in the future. In the professional field, as research in the field of engineering in accounting and auditing, interest is to know the procedures and methods needed to reach the expected results. In the framework of the theory, research was conducted according to the variables, dimensions and sub-dimensions of the proposed topic. The techniques used were field observation, interview addressed to the owner and production manager; and survey of employees Finca, showed the same data expressed in tables and graphs, which helped analyze the results of the research work. Work according to the needs that arose during the development of the research was distributed.
