Zusammenfassung: | The research was conducted in the city of Quevedo in the Sacred Heart of Jesus Hospital, in order to conduct an audit of the management of Human Resource area of the body and determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness with which the assigned activities are met. The investigation process is structured in different chapters, divided into five phases, for which a fictitious audit firm is designed. In the methodological process used types of research have been campy and bibliography, which have contributed to the formation of relevant information related to the audit process of human talent and the methods used were synthetic, analytical, deductive and inductive, selecting as audit procedure the method of internal control COSO I, in which a total of 15 questions distributed appropriately resulting determines a risk level of 17% control was designed, the inherent risk has been calculated based on a weighting matrix Four factors can affect the smooth running of the organization, which determine 60% risk and the risk of detection was set at 23%, for a risk audit of 2.34%, finally among the findings is They include: Lack of human resources in different areas of the organization, inadequate work environment, poor communication between the area of human talent and staff of the institution and inadequate distribution of roles. By the results of the management audit findings and recommendations to serve and help the management to know the situation in the company and thus take appropriate corrective action arose. |
