The present investigation was carried out in a temporary nursery, on the Piedasita farm, Cuatro Mangas Campus, Buena Fe canton, Los Ríos province. The germination of A. aspera and B. herthae was evaluated, using three substrates, S1 (75% Black Earth + 25% inorganic material), S2 (70% Black Earth + 30% organic material) and S3 (100% black earth). For sowing, it was established by means of a Completely Random Design (DCA) with factorial arrangement. |
