סיכום:Banana cultivation represents a very important area for our country. Its productivity is decreased by the attack of phytopathogens. Among them there is the dedo pudre, one of the diseases that attacks fruits of banana cultivation, causing economic losses to the farmers. The purpose of this research was to identify, characterize and evaluate five phytosanitary products applied in banana cultivation on the development of the disease. The samples were taken from fruits in the "María Cristina" farm, belonging to the Reybanpac company, located in the Minuapi, located in Valencia, Los Ríos state. According to a serie of laboratory tests on its pathogenicity and media discard characterization it was possible to identify the bacteria of the Erwinia genus as a causal agent of the dedo pudre. Subsequently, one in vitro test was carried out with the application of five phytosanitary products on the growth of colony forming units (CFU) of the bacteria at low, medium and high doses. Sixteen treatments were evaluated in four repetitions and the Tukey test was applied to a 95% of probability. The results showed that the application of CUPROSPOR in high dose (0.50 ml) generated low colony growth with an average of 40.5 (CFU), while the application of the product PROGANIC Mega in high dose (1.0 ml) allowed the average growth of 56.3 (CFU), being the most effective products in controlling Erwinia bacterial growth at the in vitro level compared to other evaluated treatments that averaged 68.0 (CFU) to 191.25 (CFU).
