Ychwanegu Tag | Crynodeb: | The research project is focused on evaluating the influence of administrative management on the optimization of accounting processes of the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of the Valencia canton during the year 2023. The introduction contextualizes the problem related to the inefficiencies generated by the use of physical documents, which negatively impacts administrative efficiency and transparency. The general objective of the research is to evaluate the influence of administrative management on the optimization of accounting processes by identifying critical factors to optimize the document organization, transparency and administrative efficiency of the Valencia GAD. In the justification, the importance of modernizing administrative processes is highlighted, considering the demands of efficiency and transparency in public management. It is mentioned that the adoption of digital technologies will not only improve access to information, but will facilitate decision- making based on accurate and updated data. The methodology used is descriptive, correlational and quantitative, using 23 digital surveys to collect data from employees in the financial area, and the analysis of the results will be processed through SPSS software. The expected results include identifying the critical factors that limit or favour the optimisation of accounting files, and proposing practical solutions to overcome current deficiencies. Finally, the project seeks to develop a series of strategies that facilitate the transition to a fully digitalised system, improving both administrative efficiency and transparency in accountability within the Valencia Municipal Government. |
