סיכום:The Ecuador in recent years has experienced a strong intervention of the economy by the state side, this due to massive capital injections result of higher international oil prices and increased tax revenues. Funds that have allowed it to invest in several strategic sectors denominated largely thanks to the 2008 Constitution adopted in Montecristi. The National Finance Corporation (CFN) is an organization dedicated to providing financial and non-financial products in order to underpin social development. This corporation is a means by which the state can channel funds to the private sector can even direct them to strategic sectors that seek to generate development. The private sector has seen its growth prospects are slowed by the lack of availability of credit and high interest rates prevailing in commercial banking. The National Financial Corporation reaffirms the intention of walking hand in hand with the macroeconomic policies of the state, putting the technical and highly professional contingent of officials with mysticism and maintain loyalty to the institution as the cornerstone of development of the country, knowing that reverses the common effort in generating jobs and employment for the benefit of the Ecuadorian people. CFN during the period 2008 - 2012 has placed a substantial amount of appropriations for the primary sector accounting for 54.78%. This sector has grown gradually, so that 2008 we accounted for 34%, in 2008 43% 2009 63% 2010 58% 2011 45% 2012 65% of the total amount placed in each year.
