After an analysis performed on the company and its activities could be appreciated that these were made by the experience of its functions and more not based on the technical part of the administration in each of their areas and as for the efficient management of its resources, which has generated versatile than when evolve with technology and the demands of new markets. It was possible to analyze the company does not handle proper marketing communication regarding our town as results of market research it was found that although current enterprise customers are satisfied is not enough to reach new markets with more demands and innovate to better serve future. Another reason why not have more users is due to the limited number of channels; the main cause that motivates people to hire the service is by the number and variety of them that can offer its operator. That is why the use of a marketing plan is deemed necessary, it analyzes internal and external factors affecting the company to know the real situation against the competition as well as the approach of the objectives is done and the use of strategies to achieve the desired positioning.
