Lägg till en tagg | Sammanfattning: | This project, is done in order to develop a strategic plan, which will ease and a better development of the various institutional activities of the Educational Unit "Ciudad de Valencia", to meet the needs of their students, for which it was necessary to investigate the current situation being experienced, one also has to identify the policies to be implemented at the institution. By analyzing the results of surveys carried out, it was possible to determine the degree of acceptance by students and teachers, information that was essential to determine the implementation of a plan; and establish a proper development of the instrument that will provide ease staff of the Education Unit. Numerous plans affecting a company regardless of the size of it requires the development of specific activities planned and to direct them to channel their potential in an efficient manner is necessary some form of organization. It is noteworthy that as a result the Education Unit should have a plan for both management staff and the implementation of their plans and teaching programs at different levels to offer. Currently its executives after years of operating experience the absence of proper administrative planning, which affects the presence of certain negative factors for the institution. Therefore through the following investigation it was determined that the Education Unit City of Valencia, to have a proper performance of their need for the implementation of a strategic plan to achieve institutional development activities. In this paper we show that the administration may well applied to open the range of opportunities beyond what you can achieve minimized and centralized organization.
