| Итог: | Theobroma L. (cocoa) cultivation is of great importance as a traditional economic source in Quevedo. The objective of this research was the application of mitigation measures applied to the decrease in the concentration of cadmium in the almond (cocoa) Theobroma L. from the Quevedo. This research was focused on the study and experimentation applying observation processes and chemical physical analysis that were carried out with the cocoa samples obtained from the study area. The experimental design was completely randomized (DCA) with eleven treatments and three repetitions for which 15 healthy ears were used, at their point of field maturity. The dry cocoa sample corresponded to the amount of enzyme product used to mitigate cadmium concentrations. The decrease obtained is 68.592% for the Cacao Nacional genotype (T7) with 0.30 ml/kg of enzyme and a cadmium value of 0.087 ppm. According to the CCN-51 genotype, (T3) with a dose of 0.10 ml/kg of enzyme with the presence of cadmium of 0.307 ppm and with a reduction of 26.378%. The most effective treatment where a genotype is not considered, but the reduction effectiveness (T1) has an enzymatic dose of 0.10 ml/kg and the presence of cadmium in 0.29 ppm with an effectiveness of 15.4%. |
