Descripció
Sumari:This research addresses how the work environment influences the profitability of the Casa Deportiva y Confecciones Narcisa company, a textile manufacturing company. It is based on the recognition that factors such as employee motivation, commitment, and satisfaction are crucial to the organization's productivity and economic development. To achieve this objective, three types of research were applied: descriptive, to characterize the organizational environment; documentary, which provided theoretical support for the study through relevant bibliographic sources; and field, through the collection of information directly from the company. Regarding the methodological approaches, a mixed method was used. The qualitative approach was applied through interviews with staff and the manager to understand their perceptions, while the quantitative approach was employed through structured surveys with a Likert scale, allowing for the collection of measurable data on the work environment. In addition, the correlational method is used to identify the relationship between working conditions and profitability, and the illustrative method is used to visually represent the findings through graphs and tables. The tools used include semi-structured interviews, employee surveys, and direct observation within the work environment. The results revealed communication gaps, poor incentives, and low identification with the company, factors that have negatively impacted productivity, generating absenteeism, employee turnover, and difficulties in meeting goals. Based on the findings, an action plan was designed to improve organizational communication, establish employee recognition programs, and strengthen training. It is concluded that a favorable work environment not only improves employee well-being but is also crucial for increasing operational efficiency and business profitability. The implementation of effective human talent management strategies will allow Casa Deportiva y Confecciones Narcisa to consolidate and grow in a competitive market.
