Итог:This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Nutrition and Metabolism Rumiología (rumen) Experimental Farm "La Maria", belonging to the State Technical University of Quevedo (UTEQ). Main objective was to evaluate the ruminal degradability in situ dry matter (DISMS), organic matter (ism) and inorganic matter (reduc) Pasture King grass (KG), pineapple peel (CP), rejection of pineapple (RP) emollient and palm (EP). Design of randomized complete block (RCBD), three Brahmin cattle with an average weight of 500 ± 25 kg was used was used. Applying the technique of in situ degradability in nylon bags (10 x 20 cm, pores 50 ± 3 microns), at incubation times 0, 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours. The results report that King grass pasture 85% plus 15% rejection of pineapple showed the highest percentages of DISMS at all times of incubation (0 hours 31.42% 32.73% 3 hours, 6 hours 38.82%; 12 hours 50.11 % 24 hours 58.74% 65.84% 48 hours and 72 hours 77.64%). Ism in King grass pasture 85% plus 15% rejection pineapple showed the highest values (0 hour 26.99% 28.64% 3 hours, 6 hours 35.68% 47.67% 12 hours; 24 hours 57.69%; 48 hours 65.53% 77.50% 72 hours), however the palm emollient has similar characteristics degradation in the periods 24, 48 and 72 hours incubation. In the reduc plus King grass 85% 15% rejection pineapple higher data reported in all hours incubation times (0 hours 58.58% 58.88% 3 hours, 6 hours 59.86% 63.83 12 hours, 24 hours 64.60% ; 48 hours 68.33% 78.25% 72 hours) in contrast to other treatments under study
