| Résumé: | The objective of this research is to study productivity with entry-level hospitals in connection with the investments made in them and that are linked to the institutional planning. Productivity problems are reflected in the level of motivation that professionals providing health services and limited resources with the feature. One of the elements that are related to institutional planning are indicators of management and productivity, here you can be found inconsistency between the provision of supplies, materials and human resources, production indicators and planning being taken within the Institutional Plan. One of the supporting Institutional planning is to serve as a reference point and horizon control of strategic decisions for the Institution, which as you will see in this study, has not been welcomed as such. This work takes place in the belonging to MSP (Ministry of Health), located in the village of El Empalme, Guayas Province Hospital "El Empalme". Production statistics of Institutional Planning and behavior with investments in the same canton were taken. The present study results in the Institutional planning is not conditional reference for the realization of investment in this sector. Finally, the study of indicators tells us that the problem of shortage of both doctors and supplies and other hospital indicators are not considered a priority when implementing the plan and simultaneously generates a demotivating effect on the hospital staff at a time lower labor productivity performance. |
